If you are looking for extra motivation and accountability and prefer to commit to a time frame, then signing up for a package may be right for you. Two and a half hours of individual support and tailored nutrition advice, just for you.

Book the 1-hr initial consultation of Nutrition Coaching Package today, follow-up sessions will be booked in when we meet.

Package includes: 1 x 1-hr initial consultation, plus 3 x 30-min follow-up appointments. With written notes, handouts and worksheets also included.

Low FODMAP Diet Plan

·$620

If you have been diagnosed with IBS then this Low FODMAP diet plan might be just what you need. This is a 3-phase plan that will take 12 weeks to go through the elmination, reintroduction and personalisation process.

Plan includes:
* 1 x 1-hour initial consultation - to plan the elimination phase to identify your FODMAP trigger foods.
* 5 x 20-min phone sessions at weeks 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 - to monitor progress and provide support.
* 4 x 30-min follow-up sessions at weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 - to monitor progress and make transitions between phases.
* 1 x 60-min final consultation at week 10 - to finalise your personalised FODMAP plan.
* 1 x 30-min follow-up session at week 12 - to review your personalised plan and make any adjustments if required.

Written notes, handouts and worksheets included.
